Bryan Pitt is a partner with Kunzler Needham Hilton with experience in Patent Law and Trademark Law. Mr. Pitt has served client in patent preparation, patent prosecution, patent searches, patent infringement opinions, patent enforcement opinions, trademark preparation, trademark prosecution, and post-registration trademark services. As an attorney, Mr. Pitt has helped clients acquire over 400 patents.
Before joining private practice, Mr. Pitt was a patent examiner with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) specializing in the fields of radio communication networks and devices, such as cellular telephone networks, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth devices, as well as electronic displays, such as LED, LCD, and touchscreen displays.
Mr. Pitt attended law school at the George Washington University and graduated with a J.D. in 2012. During law school and while at the USPTO, Mr. Pitt was an assistant editor for the Journal of the Patent and Trademark Office Society. Prior to law school, Mr. Pitt earned his B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, specializing in digital communications, signal processing, and wireless communications circuits.
In his spare time, Mr. Pitt enjoys adventuring outdoors and making cookies with his kids. He helps his kids manage a backyard flock of chickens, but may also be found tinkering in the garage or reading a good book.
